Finland; 1860-1917 useful collection of Russian period laid out in album (but not yet written-up), with 1860 10k used, 1866-71 issues (7), range of 1875-94 Arms to 5m and 10m inc. duplicated lower values, some of the Russian stamps of that period, etc. Mainly fine, though some poorer included. Also forgeries of 1856-59 (2). Good specialist lot. (c.400+)
