An early 20th Century oak-cased combination barograph and barometer Bearing ivorine plaque reading 'Short & Mason, London' Having a five-glass case housing an eight-tier vacuum, lacquered brass furniture and drum with key-wound movement, silvered recording arm, and also incorporating a circular dial with scale from 28 to 31, the plinth base fitted with a chart drawer, raised on bracket feet. 38cm wide x 23cm deep x 23cm high (15in wide, 9in deep, 9in high) Condition:Exterior case appears good with only minor signs of age and use. Barometer intact and functioning. Barograph barrel movement winds and runs.
