A Victorian silver early Keswick School of Industrial Art tea caddy with hinged dome cover. Embossed arts and craft decoration with panels of scrolling leaf and flowers, doves and pedestal campagna shaped urns and with the side panels of birds feeding from berries. Blank cartouche to lid and on underside of the lid is inscribed J Nicholson, Birmingham 1892. 11cms w x 12cms h, 12ozt.
No signs of any repair or restoration, slight rubbing to the base. The decoration is crisp and the whole is in good order.
