The RP and RA of incorporated touch while the lower serif of d is missing. The ARLIAME of Parliament all touch. Rev, all letters of AND touch, AMA of second Camac touch and the C's are closed. Halfpenny is double struck. The 1 and 7 of date are in a downward slant while the 9 and 2 are in an upward slant. Edge No.1. D.H.47. About very fine for issue and an exceptionally rare variant.
