A French ebonised and ormolu mounted Portico clock, 19th century. With four tapered columns, the dial with black enamelled Roman numerals. The movement inscribed and dated 1887. Housed within a glass dome supported on a conforming stand. Key included. Clock: 19.8 in (50.3 cm) height. Domed with base: 26.4 in (67 cm) height. Condition report: No guarantee movement is in working order. Some wear to ebonised section and mounts. Glass bearing crack to lower section on one side with some wear throughout
