A smokebox numberplate, 75008, from a BR Standard Class 4 4-6-0 built at Swindon and allocated new to Shrewsbury in October 1951 and later Cardiff Canton, Oxford, Templecombe, Exmouth Junction and Worcester from where it was withdrawn in December 1965 and sold for scrap to T.W. Ward at Killamarsh. Ex loco condition. (Postage Band: D)
