A 19th century three stone diamond ring, the central old cut diamond with smaller old cut diamond to each side, set in a yellow metal gypsy setting, leading to plain polished band, stamped ‘S&S 18’ ring size Q, 8gms, total diamond weight estimated 1.50ct

Central diamond shows fluorescence under UV light.
Three diamonds are well matched in colour, bright and lively.
They all show minor inclusions under x10 loupe, appear clean to the naked eye.
Shank shows thinning, commensurate with age and wear.
Shank shows general scuffs, blemishes, scratches and putting marks to interior and exterior.
Marks are a little rubbed.
Ring would benefit from a clean.
