A small inlaid Tea Caddy, a treen Decanter Case with small Decanter, (R5)
The thread is good and works well, it is a little tight but unfortunately the case has a large split in it that has been filled and repaired with a piece of wire, (possibly due to the split and repair).
The Decanter itself appears to be a good fit and looks the part but difficult to say if this is original or not.
