C.1930 ROLEX PRINCE RAILWAY WATCH

A rare gentleman’s 18K white and rose gold Rolex “Railway” chronometer wrist watch. Reference 1527 with refinished dial, movement: 17J, manual wind Ultra Prima. Signed Rolex Officially Tested in Eight Ways.

The case measures c.43mm by 23mm, in a classic Art Deco style with two-colour stepped sides. Signed Chronometre Rolex 25 Records Universels, 18k hallmarks, numbered 45x,xxx, matching top case.

The refinished dial is in excellent condition, the movement functions at present. A lovely watch in very good condition, with some light wear due to use. Serviced November 2022.
