Good late 19th century violoncello labelled Neuner & Hornsteiner Mittenwald (Baiern 1886), the two piece back of faint medium curl with attractive purfled geometric decoration and inscribed 'in Silvis Viva Silui, Canora, Iam Mortua Cano', with similar curl to the sides and head, the table of a medium width grain also with decorative purfling to the corners and the varnish of a plum red colour on a golden ground, 29 1/4", 74.20cm

There appears to be a mark in the sound post area on the table but not certain if it is a crack, general minor cosmetic issues all-over but no apparent serious issues. See images for guidance, personal viewing always advised where possible.
