Railway. Modern Traction. A slipcase slide album with approx. 475 x 35mm, colour slides, on Kodak film stock with most remounted in Gepe mounts (no glass). The albums were put together by T.P. Cooper and we will be selling these over the next few auctions as it is such a large collection. The albums are split into separate years and locations and feature modern traction including some preserved, stations, signalboxes and some preserved steam on railtours. All the slides are captioned with the date and location, there are no loco numbers. The majority of the slides were taken by T.P. Cooper and these are all marked as such, most are well exposed and of good quality, there are some Colour Rail duplicates mixed in and these are all relevant to the year in question (most are therefore high numbers). This selection dates from 1991, 1992 and 1993 and covers the whole of the U.K with locations including: Westbury, Amberley, Beverley, Crewe Works, Eastleigh, Lymington Pier, Grimsby Town, Kyle of Lochalsh, Pencoed, Welshpool and many others. Copyright will pass to the buyer on the original T.P. Cooper and John Edgington slides only. Sample illustrated.
