Approximately 115 Donald McGill comic postcards – some 80 from the XL Series, of which about 40% postally used with the vast majority of dates from the 1930s (see 3rd picture). There are also 13 cards without publisher but stated to be Printed In England, which are earlier than the XL; 12 from the British Throughout comic Series; 4 which stated Made In Great Britain; 6 plain-backed – five of which have a military theme (2nd photo). Most of the cards are in good condition, but some have small corner crease and other minor faults.
