1907 (Dec 10) Picture Postcard depicting Somali Coast stamps, written from Harar to England with Ethiopia ¼g surcharge tied by Harar c.d.s, transferred to the French Post Office at Dire Daoua where a Somali Coast 5c pair were cancelled the following day. A scarce combination franking in 1907, when very little mail was posted at the Ethiopian Post Office at Harar due to distrust of its services; in 1908 French staff were brought in to reorganise the Ethiopian postal service.
