A Japanese sword, the blade appears to be signed Fujiwara Morikuni and circa Shinto / Shinshinto 1600-1750. The mounts (koshirae) circa Edo to Meiji and thought to be a brass / bronze alloy material, of tachi form (suspended from the sash) yet signed on the tang in katana fashion). Vine motif (karakusa) and aoi crests, 70cm blade length, 101.5cm overall
