A Chinese export silver five-piece tea service, late 19th/early 20th Century, comprising coffee pot, teapot, kettle on (silver-plated) stand with burner, cream jug and twin-handled sugar, with "bamboo"-styled handles and spouts, each piece decorated to a stippled ground with figural scenes including boats, houses, trees etc, circular cartouche to each engraved 'H', stamped to undersides with character marks and 'SILVER', and each with an additional rectangular figural mark to the foot. (5) Coffee pot 22.5cm high overall, 77.9 troy ounces gross (excl. stand and burner)

Good: Overall in good condition but possibly some part or all of the lot has slight wear/damage/fading inline with the age of this lot. Spirit kettle cover hinge a/f. Minor dings and surface scratches commensurate with age and use. Generally in very good condition.
