A late 19th century Chinese porcelain plate, decorated with a seated lady playing a guzheng, with famille verte and gilded border, 23.5cm diameter.
Overall condition is poor to fair. There is a rim chip to the plate 5.0clock, and a crack from the rim inwards at 12.0 clock. The ladies face is devoid of any features except her mouth and the gilded panels are scuffed and worn.
