AN AMERICAN 1907 PATTERN BAYONET AND SCABBARD. With a 43 cm single edged, pointed blade with deep fuller, marked 'US' and 1913 to the ricasso, with various other inspection and issue marks. With a two part wooden grip. In a leather and steel mounted scabbard with webbing frog and belt hanger, the scabbard marked Jewett 1918. The grip with scratched name 'Sgt Major B.J. Meath J Coy'. 58 cm overall. 58 cm overall.
