A worksplate, No 2175 Darlington 1951, from a (LMS) Ivatt Class 2 2-6-0 No 46483 which spent most of its working life at Wakefield with brief spells at Low Moor and Sowerby Bridge. Withdrawn from Wakefield in November 1963 and cut up at Crewe Works. Engraved brass, 12¼"x6¼", the front lightly polished. (Postage Band: C)
