EARLY MINT & USED COLLECTION PLUS POSTAL HISTORY: Stock sheets in binder with 1849-1930 mint & used inc collection. Generally fine throughout inc. 1849 Ceres issues used to 1f carmine (close margins on 2 sides), all others 4-margin examples plus 20c black on cover (2), also Napoleon 'Republic' 10c bistre (small figures), 1853 Napoleon Empire range with duplication to 1f carmine (this a 4-margin example); also 1869 Napoleon 5f (2 examples). Collection continues with fine used ranges of 'Peace & Commerce', Blanc & Mouchon types, Sower, Mersons, Pasteurs, etc. Of particular note, the 1917 first 'Orphelins' set used to 5f (SG 370/377) and also the 1922 second set. Also various 'Sinking Fund' sets, surcharged and pre-cancelled Sower types and many Postage Dues. A valuable collection, supplemented throughout with early covers. (Many 100s plus several covers)
