A WWII Second World War Third Reich Nazi German Wound Badge. A gilded gold example for five or more times wounded. The badge depicting the Imperial German helmet with Swastika at the forefront and x2 crossed swords. Marked to the reverse ' 30 ' for maker Hauptmuzamt.
