Printed Act of Parliament dated 4 July 1844, folio 55pp. A particularly interesting Act listing all the properties which were to be removed from the line, with details of ownership etc. Tape repairs to spine and back page but generally good condition. Together with two further printed Acts relating to Railways and a ms document relating to the Lancashire and Yorkshire Railway
