A 19TH CENTURY COPELAND PARIAN FIGURE GROUP OF BURNS AND HIGHLAND MARY, modelled as a couple seated on a rocky outcrop, impressed marks to rear, bears green printed label to the underside for 'JOSEPH LOWNDS 33 Victoria St. MANCHESTER', height 49cm (Condition Report: there is a small firing crack on Mary's arm below Burns's fingers, there is a crack across the ankle of Mary's leg that is further back, there are two chips to the base below the thistles)
