An early 20th century white metal brooch featuring a oval old cut ruby to centre with an approximate weight of 1.30 carats, set further with eight oval old cut rubies with a combined approximate weight of 4.00 carats, interspersed with sixteen transitional cut diamonds with a combined approximate weight of 1.50 carats, 4 x 4 cm, accompanied by a box, 9.8 grams.
Unmarked, Kee gold tester indicates brooch is platinum and pin is 14ct gold.
