A 19th Century coromandel and brass inlaid dressing table box, the lid opening to reveal a fitted interior with plated jars, bottles and manicure tools in a lift out tray over a base drawer, height 18cm, width 31.5cm and depth 23cm, some damages.
Amended condition report - The brass banding has lifted slightly to the rear left hand edge and also along the rear of the lid in two sections. There is a split to the wood just above the lock plate and the lock itself has dropped. There is no key. There is an old repair to either side of the lock. There is a split to the bottom of the right hand side. The bottom jewellery / watch drawer is stiff and does not open when the internal button is depressed. The satin lining of this bottom drawer is worn. The mirror to the inside of the lid is in good order. There is a break and glued repair to the glass base of the larger rectangular box. There is a chip to the foot of one of the larger cylindrical jars. The three bottles are OK.
