Caroline Vatcher (Caroline Osborne, Duchess of Leeds) (Jersey, 1931-2005), Jersey Valley, watercolour, signed lower right "Caroline Vatcher", framed, 16 x 20¾in. (40.6 x 52.7cm.). * The artist was married to the 11th Duke of Leeds and was the last ever Duchess of Leeds. Her maiden name was Vatcher and she was the daughter of Colonel Henry Monckton Vatcher of Jersey, an artist of distinction whose paintings were exhibited widely, and who had a home in Southern France.
*Condition: Watercolour appears to be in good condition. Acid mount and mount badly foxed.
