Guernsey pewter measure, early 19th century, with twin acorn thumb piece, hinged lid and strap handle, the baluster body with one raised band above eight incised lines, set on a folded and stepped foot, 18 cm high. Condition Report - Touch marks to lid worn but visible. Usual wear and play to hinged lid, dents and dings to base of belly and general wear in places commensurate with age. Overall, a very attractive and even patina.
