A Japanese Meiji Period (1868-1912) Satsuma koro of rounded form, rising from swept tripod supports, the body with three fan shaped panels filled with scenes of oni and samurai, Bijin and children, all amongst whimsical Japanese landscapes, detailed with floral gilt designs, signed, lacking cover, height 7.5cm.
The Koro is lacking a cover.
Overall good condition, with slight losses to gilt and enamel throughout.
