ROYAL COPENHAGEN FLORA DANICA PLATE & ROYAL VIENNA STYLE CABINET PLATE. A Flora Danica plate painted with flowers and with a gilded reticulated rim, marked to the reverse 'Sagea Arvensis' and Royal Copenhagen mark (25cms diameter). Also with a Royal Vienna style cabinet plate, painted with Amor and Venus and titled to the reverse (23.5cms diameter). (2). *CR Flora Danica, two small areas of restoration to the rim (one of these with a white patch on the back, one with a small chip, both areas with points missing on the rim), some wear to the gilding on the rim
Vienna style plate, large chunk of the rim has been broken and restored with a hairline crack running through that area (which you can hear), nibbles to footrim, Vienna mark looks a little odd and may have been added later.
