ENVELOPE UPRATED TO 81c RATE; 23 Dec. 1926 usage of the smallest 12c Blue regd. envelope to Brighton uprated with 50c+8c+5c+4c+2c all tied/cancelled by fair to fine "MIRI" cds's with v. fine large purple boxed "R/MIRI/SARAWAK/No." mark at top left, but also with two printed pink Sarawak "INSURED/(Valeur Declarée.)" labels on the front (one cut small, the other seemingly corner marginal); the first tied by red m/s "Insured for dollars Three hundred & eighty six only" or endorsed "Twenty-two(22) Grammes", having Spore & London backstamps.
