18th century brass faced cottage long cased clock marked 'J Bayley, Uttoxeter', the case with flat hood above square aperture, moulded waist door on panel base with bracket feet. Square brass dial with originally silvered chapter ring and pierced brass spandrels. Brass two train movement strikes on one bell. The face 27x27cm approx. Included two weights and pendulum. Face is tarnished and lacks silvering, case may be a later replacement.
