US Masonic / Court Sword, etched 28" blade, owners name "Jas.H.Wilbur Jr" in panel. Manufactured by "Pettibone" ornate shell guard with lily (?) and the letters "U" and "R" either side. Eagle crossguard and "FCB" to reverse. Pommel in the shape of a helmeted figure. Suspension ring decoration of Samson carrying a couple of building colums. In its brass & steel scabbard. GC
