Collection of five 19th century Mintons China Works Stoke on Trent transfer printed tiles depicting farmyard and other animals including: horses and chickens, cows, donkeys and stags. Impressed marks to the reverse. (5) (B.P. 21% + VAT)
One of the tiles with the donkeys is cracked all the way through the back, two of the tiles are stuck and glued to a wooden frame. Very grubby overall with minor nicks and frits in places.
