WW2 2nd pattern Fairbairn-Sykes Commando fighting knife. A used working example. The hilt with base brass finished to the chequered grip. Double edged spear point blade, with clear FS logo to the forte. Housed in brown leather scabbard with Parkerised square chape. Tangs and retaining strap absent. The knife with heavy service wear, the oval guard partly flattered as a result of a period repair. Very tip of blade absent, blade length 157mm
