A late 19th Century Maw & Co Broseley Salop 6 inch dust pressed tile, heavily relief moulded with a scene illustrating Henry Wadsworth Longfellow's poem 'The Hanging of the Crane' with figures in an interior setting handing over flowers, all in an olive green glaze, maker's mark verso.
