Jersey silver tea pot and stand gross weight 28.4 ozt including handles. Both engraved with the Arms of the De Beamorels an old Jersey family. JC stamped to underside of both pieces (assumed to be the maker not recorded) no other hallmarks. Illustrated in "Old Channel Island Silver" 1st edition 1969 by Richard H Mayne. Plate 10 and page 83 "Found in Jersey" The oval stand 20.5 cm L (Condition bright silver, generally marked and scratched and small dents, old cracks to handles.
