** BLUE PORT LOUIS "1d/TO PAY" MARKS - THE TWO TYPES ON TRIO OF STAMPED COVERS FROM INDIA: 1869 pair of Es from Tranquebar (via Bombay and Aden) or Calcutta to Mauritius each with fine blue 1st-Type (narrow "1") Port Louis "1d/TO PAY" Postage Due marks & franked either by a 2a Orange pair (tied by blue "B/1" octagons) or by 8p Purple & 4a Green with strip of four Blue ½a's on the back (latter cover with faults due to ink-etching, etc.; the stamps tied by "152" diamonds); plus fine 20 July 1868 EL from Cocanada to Mauritius with fine 2nd-Type (thick "1") "1d/TO PAY" mark with 4a Green on the front.
