FINE FANCY "*/GLAS/GOW/*", 2-RING "MONTROSE/*" + "BERWICK/ON/TWEED", ETC.; 1740-1837 small group of covers with mostly hand-picked strikes; extremely fine (for this) 18 June 1740 fancy frame "*/GLAS/GOW/*" showing some detail of the rim's engraving (first recorded year; EKD?), fine rare 1752 2-ring "MONTROSE/*", v. scarce 1795 2-ring "BERWICK/ON/TWEED", 1788 2-ring "POST OFFICE/ELGIN" (2 adjacent strikes; fair/mostly fine), and 1834/7 pair with FINE fancy 2-ring "STONEHAVEN/--.--".
