AN EARLY 19TH CENTURY MAHOGANY LONGCASE CLOCK, by WM Chapman of Lincoln, having a 30cm arched dial signed and painted with hunter and hound in a landscape, flowers to the spandrels, Roman numerals, subsidiary dial and date crescent aperture, 8-day movement striking on a bell, the hood having a broken arch pediment with globe and spire finial, reeded pilasters, the trunk with blind fretwork panel above a long trunk door, quarter stop-fluted pilasters, plain panel with reeded and canted corners, on plinth base, 232cm high
