Good large scratch built automata rocking ships, depicting the 'Mayflower' in full sail and HMS 'Bellona' with automata birds flying over a ruined castle and an automated lighthouse, also fitted with brass cannons to the foreshore, with eight day bell striking movement with platform escapement, also with a separate movement driving the automata, fitted with a rectangular brass clock dial plate to the side, the 3.25" silvered chapter ring enclosing a matted centre, base 35.25" long overall (two keys)
