From The Estate Of Bill Owen (1914-1999) - Scrapbooks - a collection of Bill Owen's personally made and owned scrapbooks. Featuring two early c1950s / 1960s scrapbook albums covering Owen's theatre and early film career and is filled with programmes, clippings, reviews, photographs, event photographs. Unfortunately these two early albums have suffered water damage and are 'AF'. The other x5 albums feature Owen in his Last Of The Summer Wine years and include many clippings, on-set photographs, public engagements, ephemera, letters and documents relating to his supporting of the Labour Party, photographs of Owen alongside Brian Wilde and Peter Sallis at an event, and many other items.
