Carved from a single section of rich-toned rhinoceros horn, this libation cup features a wide flared rim and a deeply curved body. Its surface is intricately decorated in relief with figures in a mountainous landscape — robed scholars and attendants depicted among pine trees, jagged cliffs, and flowing waters.
