A LATE 19th CENTURY FRENCH EGYPTIAN STYLE ORMOLU AND PORCELAIN CLOCK GARNITURE the case surmounted by an Egyptian Pharaoh standing in a scallop shell with two crocodiles on chains, flanked by a pair of foliate columns with urn finials and sphinx terminals, the base centred with a crowned eagle with outstretched wings, matching porcelain urns and covers. The matt terracotta dial with Egyptian hieroglyphic decoration signed 'GEORGE JAMIESON & SON. ABERDEEN & PARIS' with matching side panels enclosing an eight-day spring-driven movement striking the hours/half hours on a bell 35cm high
