A late 19thC Minton majolica faux bamboo garden seat with impressed marks to the base MD Minton 481. 48cm h x 35cm diameter. Together with a Bretby jardinière 40cm h.
Minton seat with rubs to surface glaze, 2 chips to bottom edge, one to the base of a bamboo shoot, the other to the inside of the bottom and rim and not so noticeable when standing. Bretby with 2 chips to base and chips to petals at rim.
