"The Edeophone" English concertina by Lachenal & Co no. 56620 with pierce ebonized sides and 24 buttons to each side, in original box with handbox
Push and pull OK. May have a slight bellows leak - patched in quite a few places. Each button seem quite clear as far as I can tell
