A FIRST WORLD WAR PAIR TO THE EAST SURREY REGIMENT. A Great War pair comprising War Medal and Victory Medal named to 15818 Pte G. Poulter E. Surr. R. George Poulter from Tooting served from the 8th November 1915 until 9th March 1917, he is recorded as having been with the 10th Battalion and was wounded on the 17th November 1916 and entitles to a wound stripe. He was discharged at the age of 25 due to wounds received and was awarded silver war badge 244483. *CR Mounted court style for display. A lot fee of £8 inc. VAT will be charged on top of the hammer price and BP on all lots.
