A 'Vienna' porcelain circular box and cover - late 19th / early 20th century, hand painted with a head and shoulders portrait of a female nude, with long flowing hair, signed 'Wagner', within a richly relief gilded and jewelled border with urns within foliate winged ovals, alternating with small shaped landscape reserves, the base with a band of laurel leaves over foliate pendants joined by beaded swags, on a short, gilded foot, the base with dark blue over-glaze beehive mark and inscribed 'Erblüth', 15.25cm. diameter, 8.3cm. high.
