The sapphire measures approx 8.84mm x 7.18mm x 3.65mm which calculates to 1.94cts. Diamonds I estimate to be 0.10cts each. Shank is stamped 750. The whole ring including the shank shows no sign of wear, there are three very tiny nibbles to facets of sapphire. Sapphire bands as you can see in the image.
