A LMS nameplate, LONDON SCOTTISH, with its regimental badge 11" diameter, from the LMS Royal Scot Class 7P No 6124 built by the North British Locomotive Co, Works No 23619, in July 1927, becoming BR 46124. It was named at a ceremony at Euston station on 11 July 1937 by Colonel L.D. Henderson, Commanding Officer of the London Scottish (14th London Regiment). The nameplate 48½", the face polished and repainted, the badge 11". Presented to the regiment by BR. Mounted on a varnished back panel and accompanied by a framed photograph of the loco in its original condition and a framed description.
