A pair of 18th century Dutch Marquetry and carved walnut side chairs / dining chairs. Both with shell crested tops and large central splat back rest decorated in specimen wood veneers depicting birds and botanical detailing. Each chair further decoration to the legs and frieze with inlay. Each raised on cabriole legs united by stretcher. Each chair measures approx. 111cm x 52cm x 43cm.
