Obverse: low relief first Young Head of Queen Victoria, type A2, facing left with hair bound in double fillet. Engraver: William Wyon. Legend: 'VICTORIA DEI GRATIA BRITANNIAR : REG : F : D :'. Reverse: value - 'ONE SIXPENCE' - in the centre with crown above, within branches of oak and laurel tied with a ribbon. Date with plain four below and a die number (3) above. Engraver: Jean Baptiste Merlen. Comes in NGC holder (#6029966-018). Mintage: 4,253,000. Finish: circulation/mint state. Composition: 925 silver. Weight: 2.83g. Diameter: 19.30mm.
